Welcome to MOTOVENTS, a platform owned and operated by Digiinterface Private Limited. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Platform: Refers to the MOTOVENTS website and related services.
2. Organizer: Refers to individuals or businesses that create and manage events.
3. Attendee: Refers to individuals who purchase tickets for events.
4. Admin: Refers to the MOTOVENTS management team responsible for platform oversight.
5. User: Includes both organizers and attendees who utilize the platform.

1. Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
2. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
3. MOTOVENTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

1. Organizers must provide accurate details, including event name, location, date, pricing, and refund policies.
2. Events submitted for listing require approval from the Admin before going live.
3. Organizers are solely responsible for event execution and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations.
4. Any fraudulent or misleading event listings will be removed without prior notice, and the organizer’s account may be suspended.
5. If an organizer is found to be involved in creating a fraudulent event, MOTOVENTS reserves the complete right to take legal action against them, ban them from the platform, issue a public notice, and hold their further payments.
6. Organizers must provide proof of successful event completion within 2 days after the event ends. Failure to do so will result in appropriate legal action and possible withholding of payments.
7. Organizers engaging in repeated policy violations, disputes, or fraudulent activities will be permanently banned, and legal proceedings may be initiated.
8. MOTOVENTS reserves the right to conduct random verification checks on events to ensure compliance with stated policies and terms.

1. Tickets for events can only be sold through the MOTOVENTS platform.
2. Payment processing is facilitated through third-party payment gateways, and applicable service fees will be deducted from ticket sales.
3. Organizers will receive payouts based on the agreed-upon terms and withdrawal policies.
4. MOTOVENTS is not responsible for chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent transactions initiated by users.

1. Refund policies are determined by individual organizers and must be clearly stated in event listings.
2. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, attendees are entitled to a full refund after the deductions of third-party charges (like payment gateway), if any.
3. Refunds will be processed based on the last ticket booking date and not the event date.
4. Processing of refunds is subject to standard banking timelines and may take up to 7-10 business days.
5. MOTOVENTS reserves the right to withhold refunds for events flagged for fraud, policy violations, or unresolved disputes.

1. Users agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities while using the platform.
2. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
   1. Creating fake events or misrepresenting event details.
   2. Using the platform for unauthorized advertising or spam.
   3. Attempting to bypass ticketing and payment mechanisms.
   4. Engaging in abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior towards other users.
3. Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the platform.

1. All content, trademarks, and branding associated with MOTOVENTS are owned by Digiinterface Private Limited.
2. Logos and trademarks uploaded by organizers belong to them.
3. Organizers are not allowed to use logos, trademarks, or trade names of their sponsors on this platform without prior permission.
4. If organizers wish to upload logos, trademarks, or trade names of their sponsors, they must obtain explicit permission from the platform by providing a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the corresponding party.
5. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content from the platform without explicit permission.

1. MOTOVENTS acts solely as a platform connecting organizers and attendees and is not responsible for event execution or attendee experience.
2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses due to technical failures, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events.
3. Users assume all risks associated with event participation, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or losses incurred at events.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOTOVENTS, its parent company Digiinterface Private Limited, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from misuse of the platform.

MOTOVENTS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of MOTOVENTS will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
